Communications & Brand Designer

Job Description : 

Spherical is seeking a mid-level Communications & Brand Designer to elevate and evolve the agency’s digital and print communications outputs. This candidate is equally comfortable working on logo identity work as they are designing emails rooted in strong conceptual storytelling. This is a candidate with impeccable taste and an ability to translate creative direction into cohesive creative outputs. This candidate ideally comes with 2-5 years of digital agency experience.

Necessary Skills & Attributes:

As Communications & Brand Designer, your skills will be divided across different service areas : 

Communications Design: This candidate has 2+ years of experience in communications design, ideally within the industries of luxury hospitality, fashion, travel, or art.

• Email designs
• Banner designs for advertising
• Social media graphic design
• General graphic design
• Presentation deck design
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma

Brand Design: This candidate comes with 2+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within the industries of luxury hospitality, fashion, travel, or art. 

• Design research for branding projects 
• Sketching and prototyping for identity work including logo designs and brand marks
• Color palette and typography curation 
• Brand deck design
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma

Additional Attributes:

• Passion for hospitality, design, and travel.
• Self-starter who manages a high-volume workflow from multiple departments simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
